System Hallmarks: At this price point, one could only have purchased a phono cartridge or turntable in the high end. Instead, one gets a full range system with incredible attributes. Room filling sound, bass that surprises in both its weight and power but mostly in its fidelity, its tunefulness. The midrange of this combination is very impressive and alive. The presence region is vivid. One of the aspects of the Joseph speakers is their way of getting out of the way. Music seems to, as with M System 6, be different on every disc. Isn't that as it should be? Different studio, mics, artists, producers, all of it. This system gets to that. Sorry if those old recordings with cassette tape sound, they will sound like cassettes.
